In this class, Tr. Brandon will highlight the most common grammar mistakes he has seen teaching Taiwanese students since 2019, and how to fix them.
He will also train students in the mindset of self-editing so that they can catch and correct these mistakes before submitting an assignment.
The class also includes include weekly writing assignments so that students may attain unconscious competence of these structures. These writing assignments will be based on the specific lesson of the week.
Tr. Brandon will also prepare handouts for students to use to help them in their school writing assignments.
Tr. Brandon’s goal for students is to help them gain confidence in their grammatical ability so that they may focus on the form and style of their writing, the “big picture,” rather than allowing self-doubt about correct grammar to sidetrack them.
